MLX AIOS architecture · Human-led by design

Controlled AI operating systems built around the business.

MLX designs controlled AI operating systems for service businesses—connecting evidence, decisions, people, workflows, and measurable execution.

Begin narrow. Preserve human authority. Productize what works.

The MLX AIOS software layer

MLX is developing a reusable software layer for multi-project orchestration, bounded specialist agents, evidence routing, and operating visibility.

This is an active build direction—not a claim that a finished autonomous platform is already available.

Engagement path

One proof before a platform.

Each engagement starts with a real operating constraint and an accountable owner. Automation follows the operating design, not the other way around.

01

Diagnostic

Map the operating problem, authoritative evidence, decision owners, current tools, failure points, and measurable outcome.

02

Architecture Blueprint

Define the workflow, role contracts, data boundaries, approval levels, system of record, and implementation sequence.

03

Pilot Implementation

Run one narrow workflow with real inputs, human approvals, run logs, and evaluation before expanding the mandate.

04

Managed Operating Cadence

Maintain ownership, review performance, improve the workflow, and productize only the parts that prove reliable.

Operating model

One manager. Four bounded specialists.

The manager retains the objective, routing, context, and final control. Each specialist has a narrow contract because different work carries different sources, permissions, and risks.

Human-led managerMLX orchestration + client-approved authority

Sets the objective, assigns bounded work, resolves conflicts, and controls approval.

01

Evidence Librarian

Preserves original material, identifies authoritative sources, records confidence, and maintains a reviewable knowledge trail.

02

Source Router · Meeting-to-Decision

Turns meetings, messages, and source material into verified decisions, owners, deadlines, and project-specific next actions.

03

Executive Triage

Surfaces the commitments, dependencies, overdue risks, and decisions that require leadership attention now.

04

Independent QA · Red Team

Challenges evidence, permissions, assumptions, and failure modes before consequential work is approved or released.

Why bounded roles?

A new agent is justified only when its job, information, tools, approvals, or evaluation standard is meaningfully different. More bots are not the goal; more reliable operating capacity is.

Governance boundaries

Authority scales with consequence.

Every workflow names its owner, approved sources, permitted actions, review evidence, and stop conditions before it is automated.

Level 0

Read only

Review approved sources and prepare an evidence-backed finding.

Level 1

Draft

Prepare options, briefs, or proposed changes for human review.

Level 2

Approved internal write

A named owner authorizes a defined update inside an approved business system.

Level 3

Explicit consequential approval

Public, external, financial, sensitive, or high-stakes action requires exact human approval.

Client-owned authority

The client owns the business, data, critical assets, and final decisions.

Project-specific evidence

Sources, access, memory, and logs are separated by client and project.

Traceable runs

Material outputs retain the evidence, approval, owner, and outcome needed for review.

Human stop points

External, sensitive, regulated, or high-stakes work does not proceed without exact approval.

Start with one operating problem

Find the workflow that can prove the model.

Bring the decision, the constraint, the people involved, and the result that matters. MLX will help determine whether a diagnostic, blueprint, or controlled pilot is the right first move.
